LaunchLine
LaunchLine builds direct-to-hire pathways for high school graduates. We place job-ready candidates into entry technical roles in data center facilities, EV and battery operations, industrial maintenance, low voltage, and logistics. We co-design role maps with employers, screen for reliability and aptitude, deliver short readiness training, and place cohorts on a clear ladder to lead and maintenance roles.
Peak-Time
Peak-Time places high performers on a fixed 10am–2pm schedule in custom roles scoped in partnership with employers ahead of time. Clear expectations, clear results. We focus on revenue ops, customer service, coordination, AR/AP and billing QA, claims review, ticket triage, data cleanup, document control, inventory checks, and in-day tutoring.
Encore
Encore is a focused 10am–3pm offering for executives nearing the end of their career who want meaningful, daytime work without a full week of meetings and overtime. We place vetted professionals into short, high-impact assignments—tutoring and mentoring, QA/inspection, SOP and documentation, safety briefings, project audits, and knowledge transfer.
